This quote has been inspiring Rudy in moving forward with all the things he is doing in his work and family life. Early in 2013, Rudy promised Carl (the Director and Founder of the company) that he will stay with Internet Secrets Made Easy in good times and in bad times. And it was a very serious promise considering the fact that he even volunteered to work for “free” during the time when the company was at a financial turmoil. At this point in time Rudy believed in the company, the management, and in its products and services that it has a future business potential, thus he decided to stay with Carl rather than moving on and apply for other jobs. It was a really long journey for Rudy to work with Carl in rebooting the company, Internet Secrets Made Easy.

Rudy has been into sales and marketing since he was still in college almost 17 years ago when he started selling educational plans in the Philippines. He gained his license as career agent for life insurance and financial consultancy while working with one of the biggest banks in the Philippines after graduating his bachelor’s degree in business administration. Yes, that’s right; Rudy is a certified financial planner in the Philippines and worked with Insular Life – the first and largest Filipino life insurer and Manulife – one of the largest life insurers in Canada.

From then on he made sure that he keeps on learning about sales and marketing in different fields and industries. He is never tired of learning and added more to his education by studying 2 years in law school and 1 year in graduate school for a Master in Business Administration degree and still aspiring to finish one of these courses soon.

Rudy has been enhancing his skills by working with the call center industry for 3 years, bookkeeping a local business for 1 year, selling roofing and building materials for 1 year and managing the sales and marketing of various businesses online like Golden Gate Media Inc., Green Vision Media Corporation, Stone Labs LT, Waiters to Cater, SEOBiz Group, Wolf Pack Marketing and Consulting Group, CustomerRivet, Fitness For Your Future Ltd. – MOVband UK, Great Stuff for Great StepDads, Host The Game, Guide By Cell and Marina Makarova Music Production.

Rudy is a father of 3 great kids and loves to play with them almost every day after work.

WHAT RUDY DOES AT ISME?

ISME’s General Manager is the business executive who is responsible for managing the ISME Offshore Marketing Arm and SBO’s Offshore Support System and works in conjunction with the Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day business operations.

The General Manager oversees, manages, monitors and measures the online marketing campaigns done for our existing SBO’s to ensure they have a substantial and profitable Return On Investment from our Marketing Services and will continue to use our services.

Rudy is also responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit making results for our SBO’s and ISME.

WHAT DOES RUDY DO FOR FUN?

• Driving the kids to school and back, and makes sure the fridge is full
• Helps friends and family get a home-based job through his Great Service Agency
• Sipping his coffee while baby-sitting his kids
• Walking and biking with his kids

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Started his own staffing and recruitment company in Odesk before joining Internet Secrets Made Easy
• Helped Carl build the business process outsourcing team in the Philippines
